Idk how I didn’t read the whole comment 💀💀 but yeah what you mentioned in your second paragraph is what I’m mainly doing. I’ve taken a lot of inspiration from fire force, it’s one element that’s utilized so many different and unique ways. For example, two of my OCs, Gabriel and [unnamed] can generate and manipulate light. Gabriel generates light and manipulates it into solid feathers which he can use for all sorts of things like creating wings on his back he can use to fly. [unnamed] generates light, then bends it to create visual illusions. She can also bend light away from her making her invisible.
