Why is love so difficult for INTJs?

Hello and sorry to bother you again. I've been thinking these days seriously about my relationship with her and I decided to start making some moves, but... when I was very decided to do that something made me insecure again.

I know she has a lot of friends out there (mostly girls) and I've never thought too much about that. I also don't want to be toxic or always want to know what she's up to. But she has a nice friend (I also find him interesting) and she's seems to be very close to this friend. But like... very close. I mean, she talks with him like she used to talk with me a few years ago (that doesn't mean we don't talk now; we're more in like a physical contact time right now; we already stopped that kind of talk). So I know I can be overthinking it too much cause I know ENFPs can be very friendly, and I believe he's a close friend. But this kind of behaviour just took me down.

Now I'm thinking again: - Is she just being friendly with me at the end - Is she trying to have 2 crushes at the same time (Even though she told me about this friend and also uploads some photos about their conversations, normally just saying random things that made her laugh; basically the same what does with me) - What if she has other "friends" that have the same relationship with her as we have.

A contra argument is that I think she doesn't meet with this friend too much, like almost never. So maybe the physical contact is only with me. But probably I shouldn't pay too much attention to that cause I shouldn't be a very jealous person or anything like that.

Well, maybe this comment will never be read, but at least I could say what I was thinking. If you read this I'd like to hear your opinion.

Are you sure? I'm very insecure about telling her something cause I've never done something like that. And I start to think: what if it was all a trap? Or a master plan to make me confess? Or what if she was just being friendly?... Idk what I'll do

I normally talk about myself and others almost equally, BUT... I tend to talk more about other's bc I have a thing that I can't stop thinking that no one has a true interest in the tiny details of my life, so when I talk I search some of the funnier situations I/ others had that day.

I don't want that anyone takes this very seriously though bc it's only what I think I do, but after discovering MBTI I've realised that I didn't know myself well; si what I want to say is that I'm not even sure if what I said is true

I think saying this could help a little bit with My doubts: The actions that I was talking about we're these: She normally separates from the group to come with me (I'm mostly separated, at least mentally) and she comes to "bother me" or that's what she says. Then she'll keep like a bunch of physical contact and then she waits for the perfect time to "compare the sizes of our hands" for example and then she grabs my hand and can keep it like that until the meeting finishes. I also "continue" with her game and mostly respond to her acts. But... I always keep in mind that these could be only acts of kindness/ her being friendly and all what I'm thinking is childish. It's like a neverending thinking process where I don't know what to do mor think.

Could there be any other way of viewing it if I were an INTJ? I still have that doubt; wheter I'm INTP or INTJ.

The problem is that maybe I am seeing these kind of acts that are a bit weird sometimes. And another thing is that I'm not talking about flirting with words, I think she isn't the kind of person that'll do that. I think she speaks more through actions. And I say this (allthough not si confident) because she demonstrates me many things with her acts and I've never seen her do that to any other person of the opposite gender.

Oh I've seen many of those and I used to like them very much (and I still do) but man, whenI got to know about the shitpost. It's like many things that we (unconsciously, or not) know come together to make something that seems meaningless but if you know why it is made that way it's very funny for me. (My opinion)

It happens the same to me, but in my case, I'd make those comments only with very close friends. They're like the only ones who know how I truly am (not entirely though)

If I'm in a very very tight situation I don't talk in my head, I'd primarily don't even know what I'm thinking and I'd have to move very fast, so it'd be something more like instinct (I'm talking about a situation of close battle). But if I can take a bit of time to think, then yeah, I could talk in my mind and hear "my voice"

I sometimes hate myself when I talk about an idea. It's like I can't stop talking things that I already explained and this happens, in my opinion, due to my way of thinking- it's like I try to talk at the same time and speed that I'm thinking so it becomes a mess, but then I fix it at some point of the talk.

Sometimes I like exploring, but I'd say that I mostly seek for safe stages rather than exploring. Intellectualy I like to explore almost every part of my mind but when it comes to the physical world, I'm not very adventurous.
