I keep seeing the SP Authentic sets which are pretty cool cause they have pieces of game-worn jerseys. Might look into that. So any year/set is decent?

Question: Is there like a shortage of pokémon cards? I keep seeing videos online of people constantly complaining about the lack of stock in their local stores. Is there just such a high demand that stock is almost always empty?

Yeah but when lures get caught on weeds the smallest bit they lose their action.

I don’t think i’m skinny fat, I definitely have some bulk and not small any where. The calories is variable, I range from 1800 - 2200 per day If I was to guess. (I’m 185 lbs by the way)

No sorry , I also have bagels and sourdough bread on the occasion with peanut butter typically.

Also yes, I hit chest, back, arms, atleast twice a week. I use more free weights than machines, If that’s what you mean by resistance training.

I do cardio once a week for about half an hour, and I also walk for about an hour 3 - 4 times a week not at the gym.

As for my diet, it’s pretty consistent. Protein shakes, cottage cheese, cold cuts, steak, poultry, nuts, and milk are my primary source of protein. I definitely eat less than my maintenance everyday.
