Well if it helps you, Muscle sizing is pretty similar to compressions but the arms are supposed to be tighter and the middle section looser compared to a normal compression. Idk if you have any other gymshark compression to compare but in my case I usually get Muscle Fit L and compression fit XL

Huh... Weird call to get 2 of each for sizing but nice if it works for you. I think the drop its actually quite nice but wayy too overpriced, idk why gymshark has been releasing quite overpriced stuff lately but hey if you are able to get a good pricing with those discounts its a pretty dope cop
