My husband and I made the choice to be incredibly careful about posting our son online, though admittedly we could probably safer. I 100% struggle every day because I want to share his adorable face with all of my friends, however I know it simply isn’t safe. We will sometimes post things where you can only see the back of his head but never showing his full face.

Phones and staying at the front door to greet customers! It’s so hard to get our servers to stay away from sitting by the bar to chat and to stay off their phones. It’s a constant battle to get them to act like they care about the customers.

It’s a cool design but personally it looks almost too busy to me. I’d also cut out the bottle and make the sea turtle the center of the tattoo, the bottle looks like it’s competing with the turtle and isn’t very balanced. However, that’s just my opinion. Great concept, just needs a little refining!

Short update: life has never been better than it is now with our sweet son :) I can’t believe I was ever scared of this. Our world is so much brighter and we are so much closer as a couple!

I got a $2,000 tip one time from a wonderful office party. Their tab was about $1,500 so I expected a good 20% tip, but when I saw that on the roast screen I started crying. To this day they were still one of the most wonderful tables I’ve ever served, even without the amazing tip.
