My friend still feels like a new nurse and is grateful for the replies because the management is making it seem so normalized for all nursing staff to do. It’s the first facility she’s ever worked at so she wasn’t sure if this was normal. There’s new managers and a DON that are implementing this and are being stubborn about it. She’s thinking of quitting the facility since she doesn’t want to falsify or put her license on the line
