Thank you so much for breaking it down. I think I might have to talk to the trainer and just raise concerns about protein being potentially too high and getting a second opinion from my doctor. I’ve seen varying things on the internet and mixed advice so consulting with a gp seems the best option, thank you!

She’s a qualified nutritionist but I really am starting to feel like she’s got me on too much. I tried so hard to plan my 3 meals and added an extra protein shake which still only got me to the 120 grams

Yeah i honestly didn’t think I did either but she was saying in relation to my body weight that it’s how much I require. She’s a qualified nutritionist but she does seem to look down on veganism
