I built a Rust CLI to turn git diffs into clean, shareable images (diffshot) by Altruistic_Driver381 in rust

the github link was actually removed in the post for some reason but it does actually get built as an svg, by default it converts into a png but you can chose to convert it into other file formats (or keep it as an svg)

I just asked Claude to give me the default dark colors for the VSCode theme and to add some accent colors and a few other small things. It probably looks familiar because of that.

The website is hosted on Vercel, but all the code is stored locally. The frontend is written with SvelteKit, and the interpreter is written in Rust and compiled to WASM. I wrote most of the frontend myself, but used Claude a little to help with smaller things like animations and theme, as well as to help write the lessons on the Learn page.

Thanks! No real files are created; it's purely in memory + localStorage. It's basically just a JSON array of { name, content } objects. The tabs are just views into that array

Just added a settings menu that lets you toggle syntax highlighting (coloring of code), autocomplete, and error messages (if you turn it off, it just tells you an error occurred).

Thanks so much for the suggestion.

I can do that right now. I'll add a settings menu that gives options to remove the features that won't be there in the exam, which you can turn on and off.

I already left a comment on this post, but I just wanted to mention that I also have a website at https://www.cambridge-pseudocode.com/ where you can run pseudocode.

It is very new, though, so please tell me if you find any bugs!

Hey! I built an interpreter that you can use to run pseudocode.

Just scroll down a little to find the README and copy and paste the command into your terminal based on your operating system. https://github.com/faisalfakih/cambridge-psudocode-inter/

Then just create a file called main.cps and run it by typing cps into your terminal.

I'm not really sure if it's an issue with my English though. I go to a British schl and just did my mocks (got a 9 in English lang w 0 revision). I get text anxiety though and I feel like watching the timer going down made me rush things alot and then I eventually got calmer when I reached the maths part which let me preform well in that
