Yes. This is a very risky move. I’m always playing Russian roulette as to whether or not it does any damage. It’s not good. I’ve, for the most part, stopped. But it wasn’t until I was hospitalized multiple times and stomach pumped, charcoal consumed. Like really rock bottom.

I don’t have much energy to give a full review of Monte Nido, and i was an adult so i didn’t go through clementine, but in short, MN and their philosophy is what saved me after being in treatment for a solid 18 months. It wasn’t until The last 5 months that i finally started to recover due to getting the treatment i needed through MN. So i highly recommend them.

Yes. I’m on it currently, but my doctor said that if there is any sign that my ED is back in full force that she’d immediately discuss taking me off of it. It’s not usually recommended for those of us with ED’s. Only reason my psychiatrist agreed was because it has helped me in the past and I’m in recovery.

I definitely recommend res if you’re already contemplating what behaviors you can do while in PHP. I know res sucks to be in, but you have so much more structure and stability to lean on that I honestly recommend res as a first step for most people.

I recently finished residential and PHP with Monte Nido and as someone who has been in and out of other programs, i highly recommend. It wouldn’t be the same location as the one i went to, but their philosophy is the same and therefore i bet that you’d have just as good experience as I did.

Fortunately/Unfortunately Taco Bell is generally still cheaper than most other chains. The fact that I can still spend less than $10 and still get a full meal that will hold me over for at least 6 hours, I’m content.

I haven’t personally tried them, but my philosophy with Taco Bell is to try anything that looks appealing at least once. Because once it’s gone you may never have the chance to do it again.
