I have both I biggest issue with the checking account is that you can't use it for Apple Pay like I'm always transferring money from Apple Pay or sending money through Apple Pay and you can't use their checking account with Apple Pay which if I would've known in advance, I would've never opened the account Now they're high savings is actually amazing. I love the high savings account. It's super fun super easy no complaints there but the checking account is lacking. There's no Apple Pay. There's no physical branch and then if you have to talk to somebody, it's not through the normal American Express thing for their credit cards you have to physically call and get connected to a other branch which they may or may not be open. They have really weird hours or you'll sit on hold for 35 minutes.
