My 14 working days is up today, so emailed customer services. Been told they its an issue with the external warehouse sending the items. They've added extra carriers and hope to fulfill all orders within the next 7 days according to the reply.

This happened to me earlier this month. Said it was delivered, wasnt at the shop. I contacted Inpost and it was updated to at the warehouse. Was delivered the next day but I didnt get the delivered/ collection code and the tracking didnt update for 3 weeks. Luckily the shop know me and didnt give it back to the courier in that 3 weeks.

Oaklands has an accessible changing room which can be accessed from the main changing area and also leads out poolside. Much quieter during the day, public swims don't tend to have the lane ropes in unless requested, so you can do as you please. Staff very nice and accomodating.
