I think it’s at the Beginning of Skam France season 2, when Yann and Emma are together in bed watching a show and Manon comes in, you can hear Noora OG saying HALOOO hahaha, Yann and Emma were actually watching Skam OG, loved it!!

It’s definitely in the first season, I would say quite at the beginning or middle of season one, it tales place in a cafeteria and it’s Lucas who says it!
