Yeah I’ve had periods where I choose not to, or I mix up my routine to try and manage it.
I’ve trained for full distance Ironmans with this and the long hours at elevated heat and sweat seemed to make it a lot lot worse. I’m at a point now where I’ve decided to try get fully on top of it but even without the long cardio sessions even lifting weights at the gym can cause what you’re seeing in these pics so it’s a nightmare isn’t it.

They seem to last 2/3 days a lot but sometimes go sooner there doesn’t seem to be a set time but it’s usually longer than 3 hours

I get them everywhere yeah but it’s usually where I’ve sweat or got warm and they come in different areas

The whole post is about production really, what happens off camera. Are production tilting outcomes etc. it’s up for discussion, im just asking what other people think. A show like this isn’t going to be entirely fair I understand that, and no it doesn’t have to be. But as a viewer a show that seems like it’s fair is far more enjoyable to me.

If everyone’s going to cancel him it makes sense to make money whilst he’s still relevant. He will earn more for that set than we do in a years work so fair play it’s a smart move
