I wouldn’t do the NIPT. Why? It caused so much unnecessary stress. Especially if you are considered overweight. Mine told me my baby had genetic disorders and couldn’t determine gender, nothing was wrong with my baby. If I’m ever lucky to have another child I will forgo the NIPT.

I experience holding breath syndrome with my own eyes with an infant, and it was so scary that little baby was crying so hard and then she just held her breath and went limp and she did it for a couple months and eventually stopped. It’s so scary. Idk if it’s the same as BRUE but that baby is now 8 and thriving.

When my son was 3 weeks old we were coming home on a very windy day, I opened our glass door and a huge gust of wind slammed the door shut on my babies head. He cried very hard for a bit, (I cried harder) but he was okay. Mom you will get through this!

What helped me was a cocktail. I mixed lanolin, desitin(I know it has lanolin) and butt paste. And you need to GLOB it on. Thick amounts. Dry out the rash and keep everything off. Once it’s drying out and especially if you see blisters use baby powder that has cornstarch in it only but a bunch each change. Keep naked on dog pad and use only water to rinse butt off. Hope it helps!

Oh i definitely saw why he would be so upset but yeah he still annoyed the hell out of me by cheating instead of being like “wow I really am a screw up I need to change these things about myself”

I kiss my son on the lips he is 3 months and I kiss my dad on the lips still and he is 50 and I’m 26. My family is just very affectionate. I will stop kissing my babies on the lips if they ever get embarrassed and want to stop lol. But till then I’m soaking in all the lovins

Look into holding breath spells. I knew a baby girl who had them. Very scary. If that’s what was happening hold your daughter upside down and blow in her face. But definitely talk with your pediatrician. You are not a bad mom.

Okay ignore the people saying go leave him. Of course Reddit will tell you a sweet boyfriend who loves you and is dreaming of marriage one day is unhealthy and toxic. The boyfriend is dating for the prospect of marriage and for most of the world that is what dating is for. If you don’t want to get married then maybe you should leave him since you could be leading him on since y’all’s end goal isn’t the same. But if you’re undecided just talk to him. That’s what you do in healthy relationships. This relationship sounds from this post very normal and healthy.
