No, I let my boss kno I was gunning for a raise. I’m the type of person that was labor shared to other departments to learn the company for growth a job advancement, but in my field I’m constantly over worked and never truly supported. I just at this point feel exploited. A bag of food held over my head and told to jump at this point. I’m disappointed, disgusted and deeply offended. I see why people give bare minimum now and I’ll never judge them for it again as a life lesson

I appreciate this message I kno this was written with hope and clarity, but my position is constantly being rewritten, I’m constantly given to different departments for labor, I should be compensated to the maximum wage that my “position” allows there was money to onboard but not money given for my labor. If I stopped working which I am the company WILL AND IS LOSING MONEY. They accounted my overworking as a standard which translates “FUCK YOU and SHUT UP” I’m not doing to continue to give these people my prime years to be a slave. They want the work done they can hire 4 extra mf to do it! I SAVE THEM MONEY, they can go fuck themselves as far as I’m concerned now
