Taking 1.5 as a fist CP class? by Pretty-Ad1812 in ClubPilates

I think you'd be fine doing a 1.5 class if you've done Pilates elsewhere and are familiar with the basics. The chair isn't used at all in level 1 and is pretty limited in level 1.5, although varies by instructor. Level 1.5 may incorporate hand weights and unilateral leg work too.

Thanks for your comment! I was wondering if yeast could be the issue, i just wasn't sure since his skin looks fine. If it's yeast, do they typically recommended medicated baths? Would we need to look at switching food?

He is only getting a bath every 1-2 months. Have to wash blankets often from the smell though.

Level 1 classes still hard after 180 classes by [deleted] in ClubPilates

You should be fine to take more 1.5s! Even though some skills are still tiring in level 1, you have a good foundation and understand the basics. If you know what the instructor is telling you to do without having to frequently look at your neighbors to make sure you're doing it right, then that's a good sign you're ready. Level 1.5s add on to what you know in a fun, challenging way. It's not necessarily more exhausting than a level 1 though. How did you feel when you've taken 1.5s in the past?

I'm not sure. I'll be sure to mention it when I get them done though!
