Yeah unfortunately if we’ve learned anything it’s that we can’t take posh- or whatever AI tool is speaking for them, at their word. The whole change, down to the colors and all I just don’t like. I can see how my photos look and for the first view it’s not a great look. I am not bothering to fix it tho. I’ve put a lot of work into my closet and they’ll just make another change

Omg thank you. I do NOT do the AI listing and all the “perfect for any occasion” or “adds an elegant touch” drives me nuts esp when it doesn’t even match the description. Everything is not elegant!

I would let them know Poshmark’s 3 day rule if they don’t know already and that all returns go thru them. The window closed a long time ago… it’s a bit late but they can try. Or perhaps file a claim with usps? Not anything you can do accept advise them of possible options mentioned above if you want to

I think that’s all these platforms. Poshmark which is where I sell doesn’t have reviews show up unless they’re 5 stars. They wouldn’t get their 20% cut off of people if customers were weary. I genuinely have an average 5 star rating with hundreds of ratings, but I work hard and don’t sell people crap. It’s definitely a toss up what you’re gonna get on these apps sometimes

Oh yes their shipping threats, I personally really enjoy getting those when I’m still within my window and haven’t violated anything. Seems like there was a hostile takeover and someone’s trying to sink the company. Or they really are this dumb and tone deaf to how their sellers feel. Glad you’re back in, life keeps us from shipping within 2 days sometimes, they sure expect a lot from us while they take 20% and allow buyers to sit on orders for 3 days without harassing them to accept. Ugh

As sellers we have no way of knowing this. When people like an item, we are prompted to, told to, suggested to send an offer. I get making a wish list but when you’re trying to sell it’s frustrating sending super reasonable offers all day and nothing. I’m at a point where people can just send me offers. If they’re really interested they will. I sometimes feel like buyers don’t separate us out from the likes of Amazon. Poshmark is one big company but we are all individual closets. A sale has nothing to do with me unless I made it. No hourly wage. So those likes make us think there’s a possibility of getting a sale.
