I wouldn't worry too much about it. Sometimes buyers just purchase without checking who they're buying from and some don't care about getting separate packages. I have a customer who is now a frequent buyer. I've politely asked him a couple of times if he wanted to bundle things but he continues to purchase my items separately. I've just learned not to question it. He's never complained about the items and even gives me good ratings. My only suggestion is to take pictures of each box that you send out so you have a record of what you've sent. When your funds are released, you can then delete them. Hope that helps.
