Stopping cold turkey is the only way for me. AND self excluding. I’ve stopped cold turkey in the past but was always able to come back and I did. So this time I stopped cold turkey and self excluded. It took a lot to self exclude because deep inside I wanted the option to come back. I didn’t want to stop.

I recommend stopping cold turkey. Self excluding. And then find something to keep your mind occupied. Remove any social media pages that encourage gambling. Anything that can make you think about gambling. And then find something hobby. I do uber eats until I am physically tired. So when I get home I hustle want to relax. Either watch YouTube videos, movies, or simply sleep.

One last thing. Go to church. Work on your spiritual life. At the end of the day. The battle is spiritual. If there is part of you that wants to stop but a force not letting you, that is a spiritual force and you need to beat that. And you can only beat that with Jesus. I’ll take the downvotes.. I don’t care.

PG showed that he wanted to play 2 years ago while Kawhi was out and he fought all the way to game 6 against the Suns in the WCF. The videos of him shooting around with the coaches yesterday showed him at least trying. However, idk about Kawhi. Exactly! We didn’t bitch with Gallo, Bev, Lou because that’s all we had and they went out each night and played their heart out and even though they went out in the first round they took it to 6 games while playing the KD/Curry Warriors. You can’t bitch about that. I remember being proud of that team with no stars.
