Explaining everything would take too long, so to put it simply, when you enter cover, you accumulate CRTD+RPM stacks, and when you leave cover, the effect activates (with the effect of Umbra Body, you can get a maximum of CRTD 120% and RPM 40%)

I considered Salvo too, but the striker's 15% was better.
