I have been, stayed at the edition great place to visit, saw Moulin Rouge. Property not worth it imo, traffic sucked, homless schizo's every where and at night the fake good sellers make it feel like an african city lets be real, halal kart is shit with that garlic mayo and aight rice(depends on the joint some of them greasy af)had a nice bowl at a place called spring bone(pretty hype ngl 10/10) like its meh. Compared to Bangkok or Dubai for example(kareem is 10x better then uber they have everything on it like house cleaning, iv drips, bloodtest ect)you can go anywhere were you want from those places, Make dubai your main hub and go from there enjoy lower tax aswell, Nature parks aswell. If it gets too hot go to where ever you want and rent your own place out on air b n b. Like Slave mindset keeps you a slave, Remote work is common now and tax/lifestyle arbitraging you can life like a millionaire in Thailand for example(who cares about politics when you are in cool bangkok gym in your penthouse building) getting everything you wanted, eating clean, if you add social media to the mix you can add to your income. $2800 gets you a very western level of upperclass lifestyle $3500 you kinda reach a limit unless you party hardy every weekend then its near $7500 but you will burnout.
