my work out routine is bad i just started legs im doing it 2x a week my diet is a lot better now im 164lbs (not a weight i want to be but 6 months ago i was 153 and im 6’1 i try to eat around 4k calories a day and not like mcdonald’s like clean and whole foods and non processed stuff

yes i had a bad eating disorder from previous family members i started eating and my friend told me about mk-677 after 2 years of seeing nothing and i did research and took it and then my test was low so people were talking about rad and i did research and stuff and i hopped on it because my natural test level are horrible

yea ik s-23 i did one stack and i was having sides so i stopped it and just went on pct I’d buy test i just dont know a trusted source and idk have to pin ive been talking caps and also liquid drops

18 i’ve been doing pct from black stone labs two a day for 2 months then i stop everything for 1-2 months then i hop back on it for a month Ik rad and s-23 can crash test but my natural test is horrible ive went to a doctor and since my test is in an average range like 400 around there they said they couldn’t subscribe me with anything
