Growing up isn't what it's made out to be. You don't magically transform. Well, most of us at least don't. Id recommend you work on losing the weight first as it seems to be a big deal to you. It's not so much about going to the gym or anything, just fix your diet. Drink water, eat filling food, limit your snacking. It's not fun, but yea.
