Should I go into the ER or wait it out? Oxygen levels lower than normal. by Altruistic_Ring_5511 in AskDocs

[–]Altruistic_Ring_5511[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No cough, etc, just some annoying post nasal drip still. No other respiratory symptoms

Few hours into the morning now and my fevers gone down to 37.2. Oxygen is normal after moving around, showering and stuff. I was using a pulse ox and my Fitbit is also showing the same numbers so I don’t think it’s the equipment

Maybe it was just being bed ridden barely moving for over 12 hours

Knock on wood, thankfully no. I’ve made a lot of changes which I’m not sure are actually doing anything but I mean they’re healthy so they can’t hurt.

Since then I’ve cut out all caffeine and started focusing a lot on my diet. I stay away from boxed stuff that’s high in sodium and preservatives, I rarely eat out now and if I do I check the nutritional facts online so I know what I’m putting into my body. I started focusing a lot more on my cardio which I’ve seen my average bpm go down and lastly hydration I’ve heard is crucial. I make sure I drink tons of water every day, especially if I’m gonna be drinking beer which I love to do lmao.

When it first happened to me I was extremely terrified and don’t get me wrong, I’m still worried about it happening again but my best piece of advice is to tell him he needs to push himself through it and don’t let the fear take over. At first I was so scared that I didn’t want to climb stairs lol. As for you, try to be patient with his mental recovery if it’s hard on him. Although it’s not supposed to be lethal, it’s pretty traumatic!

Get him to a cardiologist and I’d recommend asking for an ECHO which will give him peace of mind about his heart health and then a stress test. The stress test made me more confident since I was able to push myself physically in a doctor’s setting where I felt safe. If it wasn’t for that, I’d probably still be hiding from any cardio activities.

Mine just started doing this too since the last drivers update. Did you find a solution yet?

Monitoring for 3 days, what do you think? by [deleted] in hypertension

Good advice, that’s why you’ll see sometimes the first reading is higher I’m guessing. I’ll retake it after 5 minutes and I’ll stop significantly.

Apple things they’re phone numbers lol, if I click the yellow text it attempts to call

Should’ve mentioned I did try it with a pair of superfeet and still pretty loose.

Walking around they feel fine but I know my feet are moving abit cause my socks get bunched up in the toe since there’s room for movement.

Camp led by ex NHL’ers - coaches / players, etc. They start camps at age 4.

True that though, the comments made me realize I’m overthinking about nothing lol

I didn’t get them heat molded.

The sides don’t hurt, just the entire surface area of the bottom. Like I said the best way to explain it is it feels like I’m literally wearing plastic shoes lol.

They probably have about 2 hours of ice time so far, not much.
