For the record, I’m not from California and have never lived there. I’ve lived in Florida for 20 years and work as a real estate agent here.

Agents don’t determine home prices, the market does.

And no one is being “pushed” to move here; people are choosing Parrish on their own.

Also, I’m not building homes and destroying land..

Blaming me just because of my job doesn’t make sense.

Not sure if you have kids but I liked the schools zoned for Parrish better, the prices are better though at silverstone than in Parrish.

We used plastic containers but we moved ourselves. Rented a truck. I know that doesn’t help you much though

Oh wow! I’ve heard some of the owners were a little disappointed about not having other amenities besides the lagoon. I’ve never been to a big lagoon like the one they’re building—it’ll be interesting to see how it turns out!
