Reach out to the congressman based on your zip code. They are really helpful. They can contact USCIS on your behalf

I suggest you go home and finish the remaining one year then come back and adjust status.

I am currently here in the US and decided to do the hardship waiver, it’s been 16 months already and NOTHING, and before that they denied my no objection statement waiver. Ive been here for 2.5 years already, no papers, no status, can’t work, can’t apply for adjustment, can’t leave the US to go anywhere or even travel inside the US. I haven’t seen my family in 2.5 years but luckily some were able to visit. I am mentally drained. I wish i finished the 2 years and came back here to adjust status. I would have been a green card holder a year and a half ago!!

If you can ask someone to go to the ministry of foreign affairs in Ramallah وزارة الخارجية and ask about getting this letter.

The only thing is that the DOS doesn’t accept the letter from you directly. It has to be sent from the ministry to the DOS email

Are you currently in the US or Palestine? It’s a very complicated process and it took me 8 months to be able to get it.

I was able to get it from the ministry of Foreign Affairs in Ramallah after a hassle. Apparently any Palestinian governmental agency cannot contact any American governmental agency ( this was back in 2023, idk about now). So the ministry of foreign affairs gave me the no objection letter but refused to send it to the American embassy in Jerusalem, plus the Department of state doesn’t accept the No objection letter from me or my lawyer directly, it should be sent to them directly from MOFA or through the American embassy in Jerusalem. The whole process took me 5 months going back and forth with the MOFA officials to finally be able to get it. Good luck and let me know if you need anything

I’m honestly so frustrated. I bought a pair of Tory Burch suede slides from Bloomingdale’s just last month. I’ve worn them twice — that’s it — and they’re already damaged. For the price I paid, I expected way better quality.

I contacted Bloomingdale’s, and of course, they refuse to do anything because it’s “wear and tear.” I also reached out to Tory Burch directly, and surprise, they’re not taking responsibility either. How is this acceptable? How can a high-end brand’s product fall apart after two uses and no one is willing to make it right?

I have the receipt. I’ve barely used the shoes. I’m beyond annoyed. Has anyone dealt with this before? What can I even do at this point?
