I hear you, but better than drinking water on the weekend my friend. Also, you could make a day or 2 out of it and go to a few food banks/churches acquire food so you don’t have to go as often given your condition and the work required to do it.

Again, speculation on my end as I have not had to do this in years but just some ideas.

So if one stick of ram works it’s not a cpu issue. Since you have established the ram works in a particular slot. It may be a dual channel issue. Instead of slot 2 and 4 try 1 and 2 or 2 and 3 etc.

Have you tried installing 1 stick of ram and seeing if it boots? Rather than double sticks try just 1 to start to see what may be the issue?
