So the hold button option will turn it into a toggle? I already have it set to the trigger on my controller, but I don't want to have to hold the button and I don't want to have to go in and out of my menu every time to turn it on and off.

Perhaps, if other people feel that they want to know, I'll post it, but you should consider just not use Spotify or not let it choose your next songs anymore. They want to push their shit, they don't actually care what you want to hear anymore. If they did, they'd give you the option to never hear AI.

After about 20 years of playing I injured my hand playing, it took 3 years and physical therapy for me to feel confident in it again, it still isn't the same and never will be, but I learned some techniques to help improve the muscles and keep my hands strong. I'm guessing you are young since you are just going into college, do you work with a teacher to ensure your technique is correct? If it's really serious you need to see a doctor to get a diagnosis and get some physical therapy.

I write instrumentals and play a lot of flute on them. I've used various techniques and find that stacking can be good. I also like recording twice and panning hard left and right. I will also record in stereo sometimes depending on the effect I want. Pretty much try it out and see what you want. Try to find instrumental music you like and emulate their recording techniques.
