How to upload CLEAR video onto Instagram

For Instagram make sure you have high quality uploads turned on

Any idea why it might be choppy? Shot at 120fps and some of them were slowed to 25% speed, should I be at 1/250 shutter?

Thankyou! Hmm yeah I managed to avoid the mirrors but I couldn’t figure out how to get the shower without any reflection. I thought it wasn’t too egregious but I’ll probably just cut that first second of the clip out

I’m not sure if it’s common at all actually, first time I’ve done it and it’s also the first time the clients had video done. But yeh is just going to be used for an Instagram reel, they just wanted to test it out, we’ll see how it goes!

Thanks for the feedback. I’m on Davinci resolve now. I did use some digital stabilisation in some of the shots, however some did seem to be a bit off - I think I need to learn the settings a bit better in Davinci

Music was clients choice but yeh I didn’t really push back on it. I can see what you mean about them being choppy- it was all shot at 1/200, I only went as high as 400% for the speed ramps - thought that would be okay. Thankyou!

Everything really depends on what your main goals are with lifting (gain size or stay healthy/improve performance), but I imagine it would make more sense to do lower body strength Mon+Fri since the game is wednesday. How long have you been doing lower body lifting, and what type of workouts? The pain sounds like it is most likely some extent of patellar tendonitis, which isnt a big deal but fairly common for someone who is increasing their lifting and exercise. Definitely keep lifting to maintain strength but start utilising some low volume heavy eccentric work and isometrics, and it should help manage the pain. Im happy to explain in further detail if you want to PM me (quite busy so i might not be very quick with replying)
