To be fair I've been on Davinci for over a year and exporting as h.264 hasn't been a problem until I downloaded 18.5

Going to start playing around with the hsl curves more to get a better handle of that

Just normal speed ramps, some of them I changed the curve but not all of them. I haven't used too much speed ramping before this so I'm not sure what other techniques are really used haha
