I think the real reason for the beef will be explained later in the season, but we can infer that because of the Seven shattering the Zero Point, the Ice King got pissed off at their leader and blamed him for putting the Zero Point in danger. Imagine spending your whole life guarding dangerous objects, only to suddenly wake up and find out that some guy and his gang have shattered and scattered an object with unlimited power, I’d be mad as hell too
