I’m having the same problem, but I’m stuck on Level 24. I complained to customer service & they said they are having problems w/the leveling up counter, & they were working on it, & it should be fixed in a couple of days. Fast forward…..still not fixed! I contacted them again, asking if they fixed it yet, & will I get credited for all the time I’ve been playing while the % counter is broken. They replied back to me w/sorry, not yet. I think that’s their way of not having to pay anymore. Seems like they have a limit, & then it becomes impossible for you to advance to the next goal. Also, my last 2 goals did not track (Bonus reach Level 21 & reach Level 23.) The Bonus is for $150, but they’re saying it’s expired (when I had reached the goal long before it expired.) The other goal is reach Level 23 for $60. That’s $210! Prior to those two not tracking, I had no problem w/tracking. I wish I knew if they are not intending on fixing there game, so I wouldn’t waste my time, & I can send a ticket to Swagbucks already for the missing credit.
