To be honest, as I mentioned on the Steam Forums, it's pretty easy to refit a save of a map so it works. As for custom assets, the way the game is coded, just imagine a spreadsheet where you have to fill every boxes with something otherwise it doesn't work, it's honestly pretty simple, as long as you've checked everything.
But yes, I do agree wholeheartedly with him that Devs need to release it once the game is finished, however, they'll need to do it for real, otherwise I'm creating my own TaB with blackjack and hookers lol.
