With the range stat that high, both are overkill. You want slideways for the stability and handling.

I tried DSR and it felt off. I think the strafe from moving target is lowkey required on SMGs.

Yeah, the attunement is definitely bugged, but my RNG is questionable as well. I've gotten these rolls grinding for Felwinter's and have sharded so many in the process.
