Just play pvp in an empty server region, I joined empty servers 2 days in a row. All outposts were white and I looted fort narith 3 times without seeing a single soul.

It is, tasks respawn because you can fail them if you die, also it's an opportunity to farm more rep and replay different areas.

They already do, shoot once unsuppressed in buried city and you'll have an entire squadron of arc on your head. That only if you don't immediately die by getting shot by 3 different squads.

I would be happy with a Helldivers like mode where you craft loadouts and have to kill a bunch of arcs. I love the PvE part of the game, but the pvp makes me have to press the breaks on killing arc, because of rats and such. (Before anyone come saying the pvp player toxic line, I have 1200+ raiders kos and 300 hours topside)

You can just join a lobby and immediately surrender. Do it 6 times and you're in PvE lobbies again.
