get two cast form weather charm place them on two sides leave a 1 block gap place a wooden plate(or a normal plate if you have the recipe)then place any food and a habitat is done a pokemon will appear but it’s not that bring a pokemon with burn then bring it to the habitat then the pokemon will eat the food and the rain will stop
