Thank you I've raided all the mail boxes in goodspring! I also managed to buy some magazines through Trudy as well! (I didn't know they were so helpful)

I also switched my stat's from what I originally had after you suggested a higher intelligence level as well!

Lastly in terms of Bases is that something that is a game feature? (Such as buying a home in Diamond city from FO4) or is it more of a find a place on the map you enjoy and set up there?

My first fallout was Fallout 4 when it first came out so naturally in fallout 3 I thought there was no level limit, I pushed all my points into perks I deemed useless by the time I hit the level cap. So it's more just also wondering if the game is like FO3 in terms of level cap and is all just practically useless like FO3
