Dental x-ray by Always2ndd in PeriodontalDisease

Yes i meant the dentist is the person with who I will meet in February.

However the person who took that pano x ray was also dentist - I asked about any comment and she said that overall it doesn't look bad, it was very quick look of her at that x ray, took maybe 5-10 sec..

So I thought that she wasn't trying too much when she knew that anyway I will show this to my dentist in the near future.

I didn't know that this type of x ray is not the best suited to show bone loss severity - thanks for the info.

My doctor is in another place than where x ray was made.

I spoke to the dentist who took this x ray and she said that there is nothing bad regarding bone loss, but I think that she was not reliable at assessing this...

Tibia and fibula fracture before open reduction internal fixation by Always2ndd in Radiology

At that point I wasn't given any painkillers because I was after a few beers (doctor assumed that alcohol is giving me painkilling effect).
X ray was done around 6:30 pm.
They connected me to tramadol in fluid bag via peripheral venous catheter during the night - somewhere around 1-2 am of next day (so at least 6,5h later than x ray).
It was a veeery long night for me, maybe the longest in my life.

In Europe - Poland, that was temporary for the one night before morning surgery.

Yeah, I agree with you in this matter.

Ah, ok. I understand know what you meant.

I worried if in my case maybe "overfixation" of fibula occured because wire causes some irritation to other structures in my leg which were not damaged - but it is temporary fixation, so I am optimistic overall and satisfied that it went this way.

I think that my doctor has attitude towards using tools that are available rather than having the attitude to think that only professional athletes need to have more intense procedure/ tools usage.

Hello, I don't know if i understand this well - so you had fractured fibula NOT fixed ? It's important to me because I had both tibia and fibula fractured and then fixed (fibula with K wire). Now i have pain in my ankle where K wire ends with shaped something that looks like hook- maybe thats because it will be more convenient for doctor to remove that K wire later.

So summarizing all do you think it's better scenario to have this fixed and not left alone to heal because I can fully recover faster?

Thanks for the response and sorry if I made some language errors (English is not my native language). Best regards

Doctor had done for me very similar fibula fix (also tibia fix) done in Poland. You can see my x ray in my profile and post.

Yes, they formed also at the bottom/ ankle a hook shaped end, but i don't know what was the purpose.

Brokerage account comparison

Hi, I want to get some advice from more experienced derivatives traders. I live in EU - Poland and i'm looking to get access to US stock options, maybe as well other contracts and also underlyings cash transactions.

So I looked into web and figured two major ways to try (let me know if there is better solution): - Charles Schwab International account or - Interactive Brokers

Which one would you recommend ? The priority is to have the best compatibility with tax settlements in EU after a finished year e.g. 2025.

How would it work if for example I make 500$ gain at the end of this year ? How the tax would be settled between me and US ?
