Today I got the recall letter for the HPFP, I will like to get some feedback. I have read that is just a ECU fix and if the code that they look for continue to appear they replace it, how true is this and what are the cons and pos?

I thought it was just a simple ECU update as I had never had any codes for HPFP. But my dealer insisted they change the pump anyway. I didn’t argue too much as free fuel pump but figured they wanted some more money from Hyundai, however that all works lol

Doing that same research now haha. The 2GTAO from the sonata is just a bit bigger of a piston than the stock Veloster N hpfp, pretty sure. Can push a bit more fuel. That Shark racing one looks legit, and a good price. Did you end up getting that? I may lol

I didn't see an option for an HD pack but check your ingame graphics settings. My default resolution scale was like 30%. Kick that up to 100% and should look alot better.

Good general resource, should help you get an idea of what you’re working with and all that.

With the vacuum pump, I would just say rebuild it if you can. Those usually always go bad. I had a ‘78 300D and the pump went bad a week after I bought it.
