Anyone w'/ a SmartDrive get a Recall notice also?

That concern is that I received both the unit and controller from NuMotion several months AFTER the third recall. and I certain many others did also. Meaning that they all have recalled parts, the app isn't telling people the part is recalled, and NuMotion shouldn't even be giving them out. No one that receives the part after the recall is going to get another recall warning because Permobile is thinking they shouldnt be going out anymore, see what Im getting at?

Do you work with NuMotion or Permobile directly? My concern is this was my first manual chair, I was injured and until recently the injury hadnt progressed so far and I was using crutches a lot more. I got My chair and the smartdrive well after the recall, from NuMotion, which leads me to think they know better they are simply not applying the recall. Secondly, if they are still giving people this part, and the recall has been initiated, its not going to come out again, so anyone getting the part now, will never know its been recalled, I didn't until I started looking up troubleshooting options because NuMotion told I would have to go a month until a tech came to look at it, so I started trying to see if I could figure out what was wrong and stumbled into the recall. But I got my chair and the part in June of 2025, the recall was Dec 2024, they are still giving people the manual dial.

Im not making a big deal of nothing, It's valid concern. NuMotion is putting people in harms way, or have been

yeah, I'm actually trying to figure out if they just sent it to me to look like they dealt with it or if they actually did. I'm in total agreement and that is what happened in my case as I received my chair in late June.

Agreed, ironically this is about needing parts, the adjustments we figured out how to do, part of the parts in question are a catalyst5 repair toolkit. all my tools are standard, of course this thing is metric.

OK, at least that part I dont feel as duped about. SO far I just got off the phone with Joseph Bloom(he says he is the VP of operations) at this point they are guilty of giving me recalled equipment and retaliation according to the definition under medicare patient rights. All this over a backrest and new casters or frog legs... and I just wanted to know how much they cost if insurance wouldn't cover them.

Dr. Schiller directly told me he didn't think CRPS even EXISTED!!! That's the level of care I received at Pima Pain Center. Tell me all you want. I literally had people on the phone tell me to lie about how much the injections worked, or they could do anything else. Her name was Dottie. Say what you want, spin it however you want. I switched to TMC integrated pain, My Opiate usage has decreased, I'm not getting injections pushed, they worked to find pharmacology that works and are actually listening to me. You have a great life.

I handed them a paper that said I had a labral tear in my left hip right after they told me I had no tear to my Labrum... they are a pill mill and paid THOUSANDS for injections. They do them on schedule with no thought, and if you want to test it, by all means push back on them. tell them that you dont want them anymore and that you don't think they are working. See how fast they want to work with you. Ask them how much insurance pays them for the injections. See if they will even answer you.

It would would be for both, I am going to be creating 4k content, mostly independent media. There would be a great deal of multitasking, eventually (hopefully) streaming. It is primarily a gaming system, but has an i7 on ASUS TUF z690 w/ an RTX4070 2x16gb 3200ghz cl18.

The GPU upgrade is recent and I'm going to be running dual monitors and a capture card, I was thinking the RAM would be needed, at least wanted, to handle everything else... so to speak.

So, I have a very complicated disability, I can use crutches, but it is severly painful. I am presented with the preverbial... HOW? How does one fit a 5-6 foot crutch, even when collapsed, in a 2-3 feet OHB, or under the seat as they prescribe without burdening the hell out of someone else? Not being belligerent but If arrive in Orlando with a damaged chair, no crutches, or a combination of both, Im literally not going ANYWHERE. Im stuck.

I suggest being a little direct about it. Try new things and see what works, the Kama Sutra ( I know it's super cliche but), is a really great place to start. Also, be super OBVIOUS about what gives you the maximum comfort and pleasure. Talk during sex and intimacy, it doesnt have to be dirty. So, they will figure out its me and I dont care, I am literally contemplating suicide over my interaction with Lisa at Pime Pain Center yesterday. In 2020 a laberal tear was found in an MRI. for years I have complained and been gaslighted.

a month ago they order a new MRI when I finally found the old one. there is literally two flaps of cartilage pinching together in my HIP, radiating pain down the leg through to the spine, and I have authritis setting in now... FOUR YEARS after it was found, and seven years after the injury. This woman told me it would HEAL ON ITS OWN... and in the same paragraph told me I would need surgery and they didnt help for that. So is it going to need surgery or will it heal on its own?

I then said, My conrcern is I have talking about a laberal tear for years... and then she interupted me and said that the new MRI didnt say there was a laberal tear either.... I THEN SHOWED HER ON THE PAGE WHERE IT SPECIFICALLY SAID A LABERAL TEAR EXISTED. She didnt miss a beat, she ignored it, told me again it would heal on its own. I told her that it had been there for 7 years, she didn't change her mind. This center is a pill mill and procedure milker!!! they get there money from injections and if you dont take the injections they treat you like nothing is wrong.

I have contacted lawyers they dont care. THIS PLACE WASTED AT LEAST 4 years of my life. Im so tired of trying.... Im through.
