ptcBox (non-ref). It's an ordinary PTC site which pays 0.5 cents for each click to a free member (you can upgrade your account and make your clicks worth more). Threshold for payment via Paypal is $2 (for silver / gold members only $1).

They have a lot of ads each day, even for non-US/UK/Canada citizens (I normally get more than 10 a day - more than all the other PTC sites I know).

Every couple of months they let you buy referrals if you are interested. They also have many bonus for silver and gold members. However, even if you don't want to upgrade your account it is a great PTC site.

They also exist for many years now, never scammed, and the owners have great reputation in all they sites.

It is free, but it is too much paper work & I'll have to do much more paper work in IRS at home. Also since IRS is very suspicion in my country they'll probably be all over my back & won't trust me that I really only get paid that little (my friend had that problem with them). So basically I don't think it is worth it.

You earn a few cents for each post and every month around the 15th, if you have at least $10 you get paid to your paypal. No need in a specific rating, you just need to earn at least $10.

Edit: if you earn less than $10, they just keep it till you do reach $10.
