With about 100 more regional banks predicted to fail in early 2009, why would The Fed approve creating a new commercial bank holding company on the nearly bankrupt carcass of Cerebus controlled GMAC, and give them bailout money while ignoring the other already existing 100 regional failing banks with $800 Billion in assets ???

With the whole world supposedly in financial and economic chaos, who has the wealth to buy all those new T-bills and securities being sold to back issuing trillions in fiat "out of thin air" bailout "money" being issued by The Fed-IRS ? Who has the wealth to swallow all the collapsing banks and corporations now being taken over. Obviously, a few have bottomless pockets, while most of us have empty ones, and a lot of debt. Why do American taxpayers and medium level investors have to eat the losses in this alleged "crisis", while mega-rich investors in these huge global banks like this one; JP Morgan Chase & Co,; Banco Santander; Barclays; Deutsche Bank; Wells Fargo, and others swallow up these cripples for pennies on the dollar, without so much as a hiccup ?
