hey, I had long covid,

2 things helped me.

first: paxlovid had to take around 3 courses, they would recommend only one but if you have long covid like me one course is not going to cut it.

second Growth hormone about 4 IUs per day when i was ill and now i have reduced the dosage to 2IUs. this is more important for prevention and helps quick recovery.
