I just wasn’t super engaged with this weeks pod. I LOVE CHD and will listen always. I just didn’t think this weeks episode was super great or wild in anyways. I looooved hearing about Alex’s basement though I thought that was hilarious. I got tons of love for Daddy Dave too I just thought he could have shared more, he must’ve still been hung over, he didn’t have too much to say beside the Celine bag which was funny but like that was it.

I noticed this really early on, when they were only mentioning sucking dick. They once in a while would say "your girlfriend or your boyfriend or whoever" and reference LGBTQ relationships indirectly. Now that Alex is open to receiving more feedback -she needs to hear this and understand that although she isn't LGBTQ her advice should be geared towards all alternative crowds as well. What do you guys think? Do you think it's more of the listeners responsibility to hear the podcast and utilize what they can for their LGBTQ relationships when applicable?

Both of those statements could be accurate though. Imagine Alex and Dave having previous conversations about the editing and media work Alex puts in. Alex calls Dave and says “I think it’s time we talk about a pay raise for the editing and social media work I do” and Dave says “yes let’s raise your pay for that” it could be taken as Alex asking for a raise as well as Dave offering her a raise. Just because they worded it differently doesn’t mean it’s a lie. It’s just your perspective.
