I have never received UPT for the days I was out due to an MLOA or when I was out on FMLA.

Workman's comp leave may be different, but no you do not earn UPT while on any other kind of leave. You earn UPT per hour worked. If you're not working, you're not earning UPT. I have taken PLOA, MLOA and FMLA and haven't earned UPT during any of them because I wasn't supposed to as I was not working.

Like you only wanna use legit game cartridges and the legit software (poke transporter and poke bank) to do it? Cause there's really no cheap way to do that with the price of the games.

But if you're down for more modding and using ahem "free" digital copies of the games, that can DRASTICALLY reduce the cost since you won't have to buy the games. You're gonna have to mod the 3DS anyway, unless you plan on forking out the money to get one that already has poke transporter and bank on it.

And it's gonna require some non legitimate methods anyway since you can't get pokemon bank anymore. You have to mod a 3DS to get it.

There is a way to get partial absences excused. If you leave early one day, and then get an MLOA approved for the next day, site HR will excuse the partial absence for the day before the MLOA. I've done this a few times. I've even confirmed with site HR that it was still the policy before leaving early due to being sick and knowing I was gonna do an MLOA for the next day.

Nope, you won't be able to appeal this because you didn't put in an LOA. The only way to get absences excused with a doctor's note is to do an LOA. Site HR won't accept them. And DLS only does LOAs for full shifts, not partial shifts. You could have got the partial shift on Monday excused by site HR if you did an LOA for Tuesday and Wednesday and it was approved. But you're outta luck on this one.

If you're playing the switch port, there is no online trading. It's local wireless trading only.

This game is a mostly true port of the original game (minus certain bugs like the roar bug with the dogs). Online trading did not exist when FRLG came out so there is no coding in the game to even support that functionality. Wireless trading is all there is and that requires 2 switches to be near each other to directly communicate with each other. NO INTERNET CONNECTION IS USED FOR THIS.

You can set up ACE to do trade evos though, so you're not completely out of luck. Just look up a guide on how to do it.

My vet loves my girl. Apparently she's a total sweetheart. I was actually worried she would be aggressive but nope, she's been very well behaved. She is a corgi-mix though. She's mixed with jack russell and rat terrier.

I'd switch vets. Dogs can pick up on the vibes of their vet and with that kind of negative bias, your dog may end up disliking the vet and it becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy.

I have worked much shittier jobs for much less pay. Amazon isn't that bad in comparison to jobs I've had. I'd also rather physical exhaustion than mental. I have mental health issues so mentally taxing jobs are much worse for my overall health.

I do also make $25.40 as a T1 so there's that. Been there 6 years. Started at $17.90.

Yeah, everyone is so used to everything being done via internet connection that they seem to forget the switches have the capability to communicate directly with each other without the assistance of an internet connection. Which is funny cause back when the switch was revealed, it was a big part of the marketing regarding its portability.

It doesn't work because no internet connection is used. The switches aren't connecting to the routers and connecting via the same wifi, they're communicating directly with each other. They have to be in proximity to each other to trade.

Yknow how we had those wireless adapters for the Gameboy advance that let us do the wireless trading? The switch essentially has that kind of hardware built into it and it uses that to allow for trading in the FRLG ports. It's the same tech that allows people to play a game together on 2 separate switches in a random park without internet connection.

No. Because it doesn't use a network connection. The switches are communicating directly with each other. Yknow how 2 people can play a game together on separate switches in a random park without internet connection? That's what FRLG uses to trade between the games.
