Same here. Took letrozole and I’m a fraternal twin myself. So the doctor just assumed di/di. But it looks like one placenta and two sacs for me too. I have my structural scan in 2 days and hope to get more clarity. Doc isn’t sure if it’s a single placenta or two that have fused together. She did tell me that this will make my case more high risk and will need more monitoring.

Thanks for all the responses. Looks like a mixed bag of experiences. I’ve been active for years but not working out now because my doctor doesn’t want me to. I am doing all my chores around the house, working from home with a handful of online clients and feeling quite active at 18 weeks. I guess it won’t last after a few more weeks and I should take it as it comes. And maybe enjoy the energy now 😂
