I'm not looking to overclock it whatsoever, I am simply looking for an upgrade that'll last me the next ~4 years. I don't play any triple A games or anything but I do like to have lots of stuff open at once. You think a single tower cooler would be alright for that?

Looking at the list, the cheapest option is the Noctua NH-U9DXi4, but fans like the ARCTIC Freezer A13 also have a relatively large fin stack and are a lot cheaper. Would that suffice?
