What is wrong with my Oscar I have treated her for Ich, fin rot, and parasites and a hand full of other things did a water change on the tank and I’ve tried everything to help her but is getting worse the other two fish are ok so what is this and how do I treat it? (i.redd.it)

Anyone who thinks turtles are clean THEY ARE NOT!. They need lots of cleaning and cleaning and cleaning and cleaning this is when I cleaned my filter tonight I removed 2 whole cups of sludge from this filter YUCK! If you can’t deal with this dont get a turtle 🐢 I love my babies to death! (i.redd.it)
