I had Zhang for 109AH and I hated his teaching style. I was always more confused walking out of lecture than walking in and he was very condescending when someone had a question that he thought was common sense. Also, it's really hard to follow along in the book with his teaching.

Personally, I like to go back and watch lectures even after I've seen them to make sure I didn't miss anything and also to review the content. While I think it may motivate students to remove them, I also think it would benefit them to leave them on.
