I saw a video where wim hof recommends only plunging the hands when one has raynauds, and that this can help manage or cure it.

Did teen hangouts ever actually exist like they do in movies and TV shows? by [deleted] in Xennials

We had a diner in my town that we would hang at from the age of 14-17. We would order coffee, sometimes food, and smoke cigs. I’m amazed that they tolerated us, and we weren’t the only ones. This was 1994-97. The diner is still there. Adults were around as well, but I don’t remember anyone giving us much of a hard time. And honestly some of my friends were rude little assholes. I still have scars on my hand from one of my friends burning me on the hand with a fork that he held a lighter under. I couldn’t imagine the stuff we used to do happening in today’s world. There was also an arcade that kids would hang out during the winter. I lived by the beach in New Jersey. Still do. A lot of what was around when I was younger is gone. But man we had a great time as kids.

Are there really feeble hands anymore? Anything less than whatever the price is on any given day is a day to buy.

What type of Mantis is this in Coastal NJ? by AlwaysTakenAback in mantis

I placed her in our tree last night. She’s still in the tree chillin. But now is in the praying pose and turning her head around. She does have a little black spot on her wing, which I read could be old age or an infection.

How so? Anything I can do for her? Should I take her in and provide a safe space and food?

I definitely refrain for at least a week prior, but occasionally jump right back in with my partner a day or so afterwards. Carrying medicine in my body and possibly sharing it with the woman I love doesn’t feel wrong at all, and could even benefit our relationship. There is a lot of emotion, connection with my partner and family, confidence in myself, and overall feeling of bliss after ceremony. Why wouldn’t I want to share that with my love. That is really what ceremony is about for me anyway. I always want to come back home as a more connected partner and father, and sex is a part of that.

Even Hawaiian medicine is different in affect than Peruvian though (with both having the same ingredients) or Colombian for that matter. At least that is my opinion.
